Transactions & payments

Before work commences, 100% of the quoted price needs to be paid, either via direct bank deposit or cash payment.  One Stop Resume Shop will only commence work upon clearance of funds.

Drafts & Reviews

All documents are produced based on the information provided by the client. It is not the responsibility of One Stop Resume Shop to confirm the accuracy of any of the information provided to us.

Once a draft has been produced it is sent to the client for review. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all phone numbers, names, dates and other content is accurate before sign off. This is the client’s opportunity to check that all the information has been accurately transferred from the information provided. One Stop Resume Shop cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies within any documents produced.

If the client does not send the document back after review within a reasonable time period (two weeks) it will be assumed that the client signed the information off as correct.

If the client signs off on a document and later discovers an error, a standard editing charge of $50/hour will apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

The work completed by One Stop Resume Shop remains the intellectual property of One Stop Resume Shop. The client has the right to copy, edit or reproduce the work for the purpose of obtaining a job. They are however not permitted to use the document as a template for third parties or to claim the work as their own.

Limit of Liability

One Stop Resume Shop cannot guarantee interviews or job placements. One Stop Resume Shop also has no control over employer perceptions, personal preferences or the competitors for the job.

The job market is competitive and a well written resume, cover letter or selection criteria will be an asset however care must be taken by the client to ensure that they put effort into their job seeking and that they apply for positions that suit their skills and qualifications. This is outside the responsibility of One Stop Resume Shop.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all the information that they provide One Stop Resume Shop is accurate and true. You as the client must provide us with as much information as possible to ensure that you receive value for money and the best outcome possible.

One Stop Resume Shop will not confirm any of the information, and will assume that the client has provided accurate information for the process. One Stop Resume Shop cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation the resume may contribute to as a result of misleading information contained within.

One Stop Resume Shop has the right to provide services to multiple applicants applying for the same role.

Product

The document will be produced in electronic format for the client. Printed copies will not be sent unless by prior arrangement and payment. If a printed copy is required please be sure to request this in writing at the time of the quote.

Interview

If an interview is required One Stop Resume Shop is happy to contact the client on a landline number. One Stop Resume Shop will not conduct interviews over the telephone to a mobile number.

Confidentiality

The client’s names, addresses and other contact details will not be made available to anyone outside of One Stop Resume Shop and its contractors and work will not be reproduced for public view without the consent of the client.

We retain copies of the work we have completed on behalf of our clients and the client is free to contact us via email and ask that an electronic copy be forwarded to them at a later date.

We will send all communications to the address you nominate or the address listed on your resume.
